The room size of my junior suite was quite good. the cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, it was super clean. breakfast was also good. There was a lot of variety. the staff proved friendly and helpful.
i noticed that there were no hangers or hooks available in the bathroom. this made it slightly inconvenient to hang up clothes or towels. the absence was a bit of a miss.

The room had a slight musty smell, i can't ignore that. plus, the air conditioning unit made a racket all night. It definitely hampered sleep. also, the promised tuk-tuk service to the main road was more miss than hit. The wait times were often excessive.

I find the lack of attention to detail pretty annoying. First, the room smelled funny, like something was wet. Second, the sheets weren't clean. There were some questionable stains on them. I told the staff, but they didn't seem to care much. It's a big letdown especially considering what they charge.

The breakfast was a joke, completely overrun with kids from some korean tour group. finding a seat in the dining room was almost impossible. loud noises everywhere, especially at the onsen where kids were jumping and screaming in the water. It was impossible to relax there. plus, the location is terrible, far from everything. I felt isolated!
