immaculately Maintained Hotel, a good stay!

good room size hotel cleanliness helpful staff

The room size of my junior suite was quite good. the cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, it was super clean. breakfast was also good. There was a lot of variety. the staff proved friendly and helpful.

i noticed that there were no hangers or hooks available in the bathroom. this made it slightly inconvenient to hang up clothes or towels. the absence was a bit of a miss.

The hotel offers a tuk-tuk service. It transports you to the main street, minimizing the walk. an indoor balcony in the small suite provides a space for drying clothes. a washing machine in the suite adds extra convenience.

a mixed bag of experiences

musty smell excessive wait times

The room had a slight musty smell, i can't ignore that. plus, the air conditioning unit made a racket all night. It definitely hampered sleep. also, the promised tuk-tuk service to the main road was more miss than hit. The wait times were often excessive.

dirty sheets weird smell

I find the lack of attention to detail pretty annoying. First, the room smelled funny, like something was wet. Second, the sheets weren't clean. There were some questionable stains on them. I told the staff, but they didn't seem to care much. It's a big letdown especially considering what they charge.

poor breakfast noisy onsen

The breakfast was a joke, completely overrun with kids from some korean tour group. finding a seat in the dining room was almost impossible. loud noises everywhere, especially at the onsen where kids were jumping and screaming in the water. It was impossible to relax there. plus, the location is terrible, far from everything. I felt isolated!

the staff were very helpful and kind. the hotel provided a complimentary tuk-tuk service to the main road, useful! there were many amenities, and the train station was conveniently close.

the location felt quite distant from major public transport options. the room had a faint odor and some uncleanliness was noted on the sheets.

helpful staff nice view asian cuisine

the staff was helpful and respectful. the room had a nice view, and i also enjoyed the view from the pool area. breakfast had a variety of choices, especially for asian cuisine.

limited selection inconvenient location

I encountered a couple of issues . the limited breakfast options were disappointing. The selection felt catered to specific tastes. also, i found the location a bit inconvenient. it was quite a walk to the main road, a bit of a hassle, especially when carrying luggage.
